After thoroughly cleaning the ring mentioned earlier, I brought the affected areas up to 1700 degrees (with my Oxy- Propane torch ) and added in 14K gold to fill in the gallery and cracks!
I have had a similar situation where several jewelers were unable to handle resizing an amber ring. Jeff is not only a professional, but honest and provides quick service. I was really happy I found him and will consider him our family jeweler. So much better to deal with someone you can trust. Thanks Jeff!
